Traditions Commerce Park, LLC, is a Special Purpose limited liability company controlled by the principals of Miller Construction Company, a Florida General Contractor with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. The project will be managed by BTH Development Partners, LLC., also controlled by principals of Miller Construction Company. Miller Construction Company is a design/build firm founded in 1973 by Florida natives Thomas J. Miller and Harley W. Miller. Miller Construction Company has completed more than five hundred commercial projects for the private sector in Florida, including office buildings, industrial, manufacturing and distribution, retail, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and multi-family.
This newest development project within the Tradition Center for Commerce is projected to begin work in January 2022 and joins many notable companies in the surrounding area, including Amazon, Walmart, Tropicana, Cheney Brothers, Inc., FedEx, Cleveland Clinic, Accel International, TAMCO, Oculus Surgical, and others.
