In just six months, Tambone Companies and the city of Port St. Lucie have signed two land Purchase and Sale agreements, totaling nearly 26-acres, or 30% of the available land.
“We’ve been working in collaboration with the City of Port St. Lucie and the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County, among others, to market this distinct property.
