Congratulations to Traditions Commerce Park, LLC on Their Closing
Tambone Companies is pleased to congratulate Traditions Commerce Park, LLC on their closing on 40 acres within the Tradition Center for Commerce and welcome them to the area. The closing took place in mid-March 2022 and was a milestone in our role as the City of Port St. Lucie’s master developer to market properties within Tradition Center for Commerce.
Traditions Commerce Park is located on the east side of Hegener Drive, about one-quarter mile south of SW Trade Drive. They plan to develop 622,000 SF of Class A manufacturing, distribution and office facilities - both speculative and build to suit.
Miller Construction Company, a Florida General Contractor with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando will be the General Contractor. RLC Architects will provide architectural services.

Construction will begin in the third quarter of 2022, with deliveries to tenants in the second quarter of next year. Tambone Companies looks forward to seeing the development of the property and the high-paying jobs they will be bringing to the area.
