Tambone Secures Land Purchase Agreement with Traditions Commerce Park, LLC for Tradition Center for Commerce in Port St. Lucie
Port St. Lucie, Fla – Tambone Companies, continuing its work as the City of Port St. Lucie’s master developer to market 84 acres of land within Tradition Center for Commerce, is pleased to announce it has signed a Purchase and Sale agreement with Traditions Commerce Park, LLC for development of approximately 40 acres of land on the east side of Hegener Drive, about one-quarter mile south of SW Trade Drive. Potential uses for the property include industrial, manufacturing, distribution and office.
Traditions Commerce Park, LLC, is a Special Purpose limited liability company controlled by principals of Miller Construction Company, a Florida General Contractor with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. The project will be managed by BTH Development Partners, LLC., also controlled by principals of Miller Construction Company.
Miller Construction Company is a design/build firm founded in 1973 by Florida natives Thomas J. Miller and Harley W. Miller. The Tradition Center for Commerce will provide development options within Tradition with over 10 million square feet of office, industrial, warehouse, multi-family residential and retail space. Potential uses include: manufacturing; distribution; retail; education; hospitality, warehousing; corporate; medical; research and development and multi-family residential.
